The Gently-Used Program
Galleria Furniture is proud to offer the "Gently-Used" Program. When you spend a minimum of $1,000 on new furniture, you can trade in your old, cared-for furniture.
We strive to provide excellent shipping service to each of our customers. Our goal is to get your purchased products to you as soon as possible. We offer next-day, statewide and multi-state delivery with our own trucks.
We can also ship anywhere in the continental United States by truck freight, which delivers your item to your curb or dock. The charge varies based on distance, weight, bulk, etc. While all carriers establish their own rates for delivery, our shipping department selects the best carrier based on service, price and availability. A physical address and phone number are required for delivery.
The local, next-day delivery cut-off time is 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Customer pick-up cut-off times are Monday through Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 6 p.m.
We will begin processing your delivery the day prior to the delivery date. Because of this, no cancellations or changes can be accepted during this time. Prior to this time, changes can be made by calling (405) 942-9222.
If your purchase is to be delivered, it must be paid in full or financing arrangements must be made by 5 p.m. the day before the delivery. The delivery service will call by 11:30 a.m. the day of scheduled delivery. At this time, you will be given an approximate delivery time.

Picking Up Your Merchandise
Before pulling up to the warehouse, please bring your receipt to the cashier counter and they will give you the necessary paperwork to pick up your merchandise. When you sign for your merchandise, you are also verifying that it is in a condition that is satisfactory to your needs. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
