At Galleria Furniture & Accessory World we strive to provide a high quality product at reasonable prices. Below is our standard warranty on items purchased here at Galleria Furniture.

Upholstered furniture
If any of the following defects appear within a one year period, Galleria will make in-shop repairs as indicated.
- Repair any seam that has come unsewn or has thread breakage
- Replace any foam in cushions that has crumbled or lost its resiliency
- Reset any buttons that are defective or have come off. In addition, repair any framework that is broken, separated, or pulled loose and repair or replace any springs that are broken or pulled loose.
- Exceptions – upholstered fabrics are not warranted against wear, shrinkage, tearing or fading. Galleria assumes no responsibility for the replacement of fabric on furniture.
Bedroom, dining room, occasional tables and dinette furniture
In-shop repairs will be made to correct any defects in workmanship or materials (excluding finishes) appearing within the first year after purchase.
Mattresses and foundations
Galleria will provide service in accordance with all manufacturer’s warranties which apply to matched sets only.
Returns
If for some reason the stock furniture merchandise is not suitable for your needs. Contact Galleria within 48 hours and you may select other merchandise of equal value or we will refund all monies less a 20% restocking charge and a delivery charge if you used our delivery service. No cash refunds. Credit card refunds are made within 24 hours, refund checks are mailed within 7 to 14 days. All refunds are made after receipt of merchandise.
All customer pickup returns are subject to inspection by Galleria customer service.
All items which are special ordered, repossessed or as-is will be listed as such on the sales contract and return policy is waived and all sales are final.
General terms:
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and covers defects appearing during normal use. The duration of this warranty begins at the date of delivery to, or pickup by, the customer.
Transportation
This warranty does not cover the transportation of merchandise to be repaired or replaced. Galleria will pick up and redeliver merchandise for repair or replacement, or arrange for in-home service for a minimum charge in the metropolitan area. Outside this area (a 25-mile radius) there will be an additional charge per mile. No transportation is available outside the state of Oklahoma.

Any repairs needed beyond warranty period will be handled for a minimal charge in our shop or with contract service shops.
General exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to merchandise marked “repossessed” or “as-is”. If a customer purchases items so marked, the regular warranty is waived in exchange for a special price consideration.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by customer abuse or negligence.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including warranties of particular purpose and merchant ability.
